clients are responsible for providing all references, descriptions, and materials required to complete a commission. all information must be clear, accurate, and complete.all required materials must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. work will not begin until everything has been received.failure to provide required information within this timeframe will be considered a client-initiated cancellation. in such cases, 25% of the total payment will be retained as a non-refundable administrative and time reservation fee. at my discretion, this fee may be applied toward a future commission depending on the client’s standing. clients who are uncooperative, disrespectful, or otherwise problematic may be blacklisted from future services temporarily or permanently.clients are responsible for timely and consistent communication throughout the commission process.
full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. no work will begin until payment has been received in full. payment confirms the client’s agreement to these terms and authorizes work to begin.due to the custom and time-intensive nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final. cancellations by the client are not accepted once a commission has been purchased. no refunds will be issued after final delivery.in the event that i must cancel a commission for any reason, a refund will be issued at my discretion. the refund will be partial, and i will retain at least 25% of the total payment as a non-refundable fee. additional amounts may be retained depending on the amount of work completed and time invested.refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, delayed responses, or lack of communication.filing a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun or after final delivery is a violation of these terms. in such cases, all rights to the artwork are immediately revoked, and i reserve the right to refuse future services, blacklist the client, and publicly post warnings about the client in relevant art communities if necessary to protect my work and business.i reserve the right to pursue further action in response to fraudulent chargebacks or bad-faith disputes, including reporting to relevant platforms or authorities.my liability is limited to the total amount paid for the commission. i am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
each commission includes a reasonable number of revisions within the original scope. revisions outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.i am not obligated to make changes that fall outside the original scope or agreed-upon concept.clients are responsible for providing consistent and clear direction. vague or conflicting instructions may affect the final result.major changes to the concept, pose, or key elements after work has begun are not guaranteed and may require a new commission or additional fees.once a stage is approved, further changes to that stage may be limited or incur additional costs.
clients must communicate respectfully and professionally. harassment, manipulation, excessive messaging, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.failure to respond in a timely manner or repeated uncooperative behavior may result in delays, pausing, or termination of the commission.i reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate a commission at any time if a client is uncooperative, disrespectful, or violates these terms.
all artwork is created for personal use only unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing.commercial use is not included by default and must be discussed and purchased separately prior to the start of the commission.commercial use includes, but is not limited to, use in books, merchandise, branding, promotional materials, monetized content, or any form of profit-generating distribution.clients must clearly state any intended commercial use at the time of purchase. failure to do so may result in additional fees, refusal of usage rights, or revocation of permission to use the artwork commercially.commercial rights are only granted after full payment and explicit written agreement.unless otherwise agreed upon, i retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to display and share the work for portfolio and promotional purposes.credit is required when reasonably possible.the following uses are strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing: tracing, reselling, or claiming the artwork as your own; editing, altering, or modifying the artwork; removing signatures, watermarks, or identifying marks; and using the artwork for non-fungible tokens (nfts), artificial intelligence training, or similar technologies.any violation of these terms may result in the immediate revocation of usage rights and permanent refusal of future services.any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked usage rights and further action.
by purchasing a commission or using my services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
these terms of service apply to all commissions, including ongoing and future projects. i reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.
